By using Founder-y's website or any of our products — ByteForge, UnionEleven, Mesh.OS, Learn Anything, SharkByte Consulting, Nexus, Peptigrade, RiboCore, or Scriptorium — you agree to these Terms.

Paid services are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and features may change with notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of pre-paid fees.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies — verify before relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founder-y is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
